Fabrication - We expertly fabricate trusses from galvanized steel and other metals in our large-scale production facilities. Our 130,000 sq ft fabrication shop houses automated brakes, presses and welding equipment to efficiently produce any custom truss design at high volumes.
On-site delivery - Truss components are delivered to your construction site for efficient assembly. For rapid onsite installation, we truck in truss components in sequence so they can be immediately lifted into place upon arrival.
Precision assembly - Our experienced teams safely assemble trusses on-site according to engineering specifications. Following numbered assembly diagrams, our crews systematically erect trusses using the proper hardware to construct the entire truss system.
Structural integrity - All truss connections are tightly bolted or welded to withstand wind, seismic, and point loads. Using site-specific wind and seismic data, our engineers design robust, redundantly connected joints that withstand extreme forces and uplift.
Load testing - We conduct rigorous load tests on truss assemblies to verify strength before installation. Finished trusses undergo load testing above design limits to validate their strength meets specifications before being cleared for installation.
